AWP Writer to Writer Program

Meet my mentor! I am thrilled to have been matched with Athena Kildegaard in this fall’s Writer to Writer Program. She is an accomplished poet with several books of gorgeous poems and teaches at the University of Minnesota. We are Skyping regularly and she is so helpful, wise ,warm and encouraging. A dream come true!

I can’t wait to meet her in person this March at AWP San Antonio.
